Today: Mostly sunny and comfortable. Highs: Upper 60s to near 70.
Tonight: Mostly clear and cool. Lows: Upper 40s to mid-50s.
Tomorrow: Mostly sunny, a tad warmer. Highs: Low to mid-70s

It’s weather like this that makes a meteorologist’s life easy. October gets off to a pretty fantastic start, as high pressure provides a string of warm, sunny days and cool, comfortable nights with low humidity. Early-week to midweek 70s could turn into 80s by late week. Enjoy!

Today (Sunday): High pressure overhead should keep any significant clouds well south and east of our area. That leaves us with mostly sunny skies and much less wind. After cool morning temperatures rise into and through the 50s, highs peak in the upper 60s to near 70 with a light breeze from the north-northeast about 5-10 mph. Confidence: High

Tonight: Clear and cool with little wind to speak of. Areas that radiate well fall off into the upper 40s, while closer to the city, temperatures bottom out in the low to mid-50s. Confidence: High

Tomorrow (Monday): Some pristine weather conditions to start the work week. High pressure right overhead provides mostly clear skies and little wind. Temperatures trend a tad warmer, reaching highs in the low to mid-70s.  Confidence: Medium-High

Tomorrow night: Stop me if you’ve heard this before. Clear, cool and comfortable tomorrow night with little to no wind. Some scattered areas drop into the upper 40s, with lows in the low to mid-50s for the rest of us.  Confidence: Medium-High


High pressure continues to dominate our weather Tuesday through Wednesday. With mostly sunny skies and still low humidity, daytime highs reach the 70s, with Tuesday night lows in the 50s. Late-week temperatures could get back into the 80s. Confidence: Medium-High
